early Stages
I started teaching and training runners individually in Southern California as soon as I learned what Pose Method was. As I helped more and more runners improve their performance and reduce their pain and injuries, I saw that I could be of great help to society. Then I started thinking about how I could scale up and help more runners at one time. I had a bunch of ideas – so I started swiftly.
Career Start
With my connections in the CrossFit community as a CrossFit Trainer I was able to smartly reach out to CrossFit gyms and other gyms in the area to teach to their clients, athletes, and runners. I developed my skills in teaching large groups of athletes and runners how to run. I also started to teach other coaches and trainers how to teach their clients, athletes, and runners how to run faster, farther, and pain-free, too.
