Spring 2025 Audacious Assessments Summary

Spring 2025 Audacious Assessments Summary

Congratulations to everyone at Audacious Fitness!

Our 15 Weeks of Fitness Training from 1/27/25 to 5/10/25 resulted in improvements in our Overall Fitness and Health.

We had 84 Individual Category Level Up’s (compared to 56 in Winter 2025) among 11 of us (who had established Overall Fitness Levels) who took part in the Assessments this go around.

That is an average of 7.636 Individual Category Level Up’s per person (compared to 5.091 in our Winter 2025 Assessments).

We had Overall Level Promotions for:
Desiree F., Orange III to Blue I
Diane B., Yellow to Yellow I
Gunnar H., Purple I to Purple II
Jase S., Yellow III to Orange
Justin B., Yellow II to Yellow III
Marina T., Yellow II to Yellow III
Noah T., White I to Yellow II
Valeri P., Yellow to Yellow II

We had RED ELITE Level Achievements for:
Desiree F., Deadlift, Brown II to RED (305-lb.)

With everyone’s levels averaged, our Gym Avatar Overall Fitness Level as of 5/24/25 is Orange III, same as it was as of 1/25/25 (Orange III).

Our Relative Strength (Strength to Bodyweight ratio) went down from Blue I to Blue.
Our Objective (Absolute) Strength went down from Blue I to Blue.
Our Electricity (Central Nervous System ability) stayed the same at Blue.
Our Plumbing (Cellular Fueling) stayed the same at Blue.

Since 1/25/25, we individually went up in:

Jase S., 10 Categories
Justin B., 14 Categories
Luci A., 5 Categories
Marina T., 13 Categories
Noah T., 12 Categories
Valeri P., 6 Categories
Albert L., 4 Categories

Our average of 7.636 Individual Category Level Up’s per person might have been higher if some of us were able to make it all 12 days to attempt to re-Assess all the Categories (family or work trips, sicknesses, etc.).

Since 1/25/25, we as a whole went up in 1 of the 15 categories on the Level MAP, went down in 8, and stayed the same in 6.

Our Front Squat went down from Blue I to Orange III.
Our Upper Body Pull went down from Blue I t o Blue.
Our Lactic Tolerance went down from Orange III to Orange II.
Our Deadlift is the same at Blue.
Our Upper Body Push is the same at Blue.
Our Upper/Lower Endurance is the same at Orange II.
Our Weightlifting is the same at Blue II.
Our Rings went down from Blue to Orange III.
Our Squat Endurance went down from Blue III to Blue II.
Our Neurological and Core Endurance went up from Orange II to Blue.
Our Kettlebell is the same at Blue I.
Our Flexibility went down from Purple to Blue II.
Our Running went down from Purple I to Blue II.
Our Rowing went down from Blue II to Orange III.
Our Aerobic Power Intervals is the same at Blue I.

We assessed over 2 weeks (12 days).

The resulting drops in 8 of the Categories were from removing teammates who have left, as well as the addition of more teammates with lower established levels who are just starting out. Our average as a whole of all the Categories should improve next time we re-Assess as a team in September 2025.

Our last 15 weeks of Training centered on General Physical Preparedness Training to create a Broad, General, and Inclusive Fitness in the gym, for us to handle the Unknown and Unknowable outside the gym.

Single-Modality Days included doing only these on certain days:
1. Monostructural/Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance and Stamina [M]
2. Gymnastics (Strength) [G]
3. Weightlifting (Strength) [W]

Couplet Days included combinations of the above, for example: MG, or MW, or WG, etc. in all kinds of time durations, from Short, to Medium, to Long.

Triplet Days included combinations of the above, for example: MGW, or GWM, or WMG, etc. in all kinds of time durations, from Short, to Medium, to Long.

We are looking forward to the next 16 weeks of training (5/26/25-9/6/25)!

We will follow the 3 Days on, 1 Day off Programming of The Daily Fix from Broken Science Initiative/MetFix.
On the “Day off”/Rest Day, we will have a Low-Intensity/Flexibility-focused day.
Because of the rotating 3-1 schedule, then that means on Sundays we will have opportunities to train, too.
Expect classes to be held on Sunday, too.

Fall 2025 Assessments will be from 9/8/25-9/20/25, where we will synchronize with all other Level Method gyms around the world who are participating in Level Method Global Assessments, which are scheduled for 3 times in 2025.

See you in class!
